Continue to breath for about three to five seconds while spraying the inhaler directly into your mouth. Drinking two strong cups of coffee are recommended if you are away from your inhaler and feel an attack coming on. Through research , caffeine has been proven effective in thwarting off an asthma attack. However, it is noted that you should not replace your medication with caffeine.
