Meditation To Treat Asthma

The buffalo is the ruling totem when treating asthma. Put it in terms of thinking: The buffalo is my friend. It is a good idea to put buffalo paintings or pictures in  your home or office. While meditating, not only picture the buffalo in your mind, but use the color blue as much as you can. Air is the main element you want to use while meditating. Put these all together and imagine the color blue, and the buffalo, and using air to empower all of your body,  starting from your head, and exiting through your toes. It is important to note the direction as well. A cool air coming from a blue buffalo that comes from the west, may enter the top of your scalp, and exit through your toes is a good example of proper meditation for asthma sufferers. Bird songs are said to be the best nature sounds that have the most harmonizing vibrations that open the healing center in conjunction with the thyroid gland. Having a full bird feeder is not a bad idea. Cd’s with nothing but bird songs are good as well. Cedar is a good wood that is associated with helping or healing asthma too. If you are able to have as much cedar around you, whether it be furniture, trees, or at the very least, the oil of cedar to smell, this is highly recommended. Another thing you can do is put a drop of cedar oil on a cotton, and putting it in your vacuum bag. Decorate your garden with cedar chips too.

While you meditate, try to smell cedar as much as you can. If you have asthma, try to surround your self with  as much cedar as you can, this has proven to be very beneficial. having the perfect conditions as described before is very difficult, so i am partially kidding. Any or a combination of these effects in any way, will greatly help those with asthma. Do not meditate for more than a half hour, due to the sensitivity of the thyroid gland. The first dorsal was mentioned in the preceding paragraph. If a person is in the middle of an asthma attack, or just starting to have one, that is the acupressure point to start at. Right below your neck, it would be the first bone on your spine. If you don’t know how to find it, simply lower your chin as much as possible toward your chest. Then take two fingers and go down your spine, you will pass seven cervical bones before finding the large bone that stands out from the others. There you have found the first dorsal bone, and by pressing on it, can quite helpful in preventing or reducing an asthma attack. This should not take the place of your inhaler or going to the emergency room in the event you are having a sever attack. Lastly, i will discuss herbal remedies for asthma treatments. It is pretty good common sense to note that if you have asthma, you should not smoke, even though there are people out there reading this that will continue to smoke. It is extremely important that you quit smoking, even if you can’t stop smoking at least try to not smoke nicotine. This may accompany frequent urination’s and battles with sweating, which is still better for asthma sufferers than nicotine. It good for relieving an upset stomach and gas as well. The leaves and roots are edible of the angelica herb and make a much better alternative to smoking  in the event you have to smoke ( and i do not recommend smoking of anything.)
